Great location just steps away from Istiklal street, with bars and cafes nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially at reception. Rooms suitable for families with comfortable beds and daily cleaning and towel change.

Lovely hotel with a scenic rooftop restaurant overlooking the Bosphorus river. Great location, just a few minutes' walk to a fashionable street leading to Taksim Square. Clean rooms and helpful multilingual staff. Good value for money with a delicious breakfast included.

This hotel is really great value for money. The prices are reasonable and the hotel offers attention to detail in every aspect. The location is perfect, just a 15-minute walk from the final stop of the airport shuttle bus. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service. The rooms are well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and even though they don't get much sunshine, the view from the terrace makes up for it. The breakfast offers a nice variety of options and the amazing view from the roof adds to the experience.
All was fine, nothing that needs improvement.

The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, being right in the heart of the city with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome and assisting us with any enquiries or needs we had.
the rooms were quite small and outdated, with peeling paint and a lack of soundproofing.

The breakfast at Hotel Troya was excellent, with a wide variety of options and delicious food. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ensuring that guests were well taken care of. the location of the hotel is fantastic, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access restaurants and shops.
Although the rooms at Hotel Troya were a bit on the smaller side, they were well-maintained and clean. The only minor drawback was the lack of windows in the budget rooms, as they opened onto a tunnel inside the building.

I recently stayed in a hotel located in one of the oldest touristic neighborhoods of the city, just a short walk away from Taksim Square. The location was perfect, as I could easily explore the city center and access the airport shuttle bus in just 15 minutes. The room was well-equipped and had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel had a rooftop with stunning views of the city.
The lack of complimentary water provided in the room.
